PAYMENT POLICY

All of our payments processes are supported by the Shopify platform that provides secure and efficient payment services when purchasing our products in the online store. 

Please note that we are supported by various payment methods that are secure and reliable. 

NOTE: We recommend to be responsible with your purchasing practices since we DO NOT do any other type of refunds for any other reasons than explained in the REFUND/ RETURN POLICY.

 We advise to read carefully the APPLICABLE reasons for refund below.

REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

This policy is only applicable when your item is defective or the order is not the correct one. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
Be advised that we have a strict 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the refund/return process, please send images of the product to viuc.vc@gmail.com explaining the issue. Please note that returns are only accepted within 20 days of the original purchase date. If your refund/return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm if the refund was successfully process.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

-Non-returnable items 

VIUC does not accept returns and refunds on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

-Exchanges 

We do not accept returns in case of size exchange. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guides and product information when purchasing.
